PerfumeX Return & Refund Policy

Effective: 01/01/2025

At PerfumeX, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery ONLY if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product arrived damaged in transit

• The quantity received is less than ordered

Important: An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Start recording before opening the package and continue without edits until the product is fully shown.

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Opened, tested, or used products

• Fragrance preferences (don’t like the smell)

• Longevity/performance complaints

• Deodorants, aftershaves, shower gels, lotions, moisturizers

Return Shipping:

• Wrong or damaged items: PerfumeX pays return shipping

• Other returns: Not accepted

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days

• COD orders: Refunds via bank transfer or store credit within 7 business days
