At PerfumeX, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic luxury fragrances with excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
✔ Wrong product received (different from the order).
✔ Less quantity received than ordered.
✔ Product damaged in transit (must be reported with an uncut unboxing video).
❌ Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
🚫 If the seal is broken or the product has been opened, tested, or used.
🚫 If you don’t like the fragrance after using it.
🚫 If you claim the product is fake or a dupe (we source only from authorized distributors).
🚫 If you have longevity or performance issues (fragrance performance varies based on many factors).
🚫 If the product is a deodorant, deodorant stick (roll-on), aftershave, shower gel, lotion, or moisturizer.
📌 IMPORTANT:
✔ UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY for any return or refund request.
✔ The video must be recorded from the beginning, showing all sides of the sealed package, and continue until the product is fully unboxed, without cuts or edits.
✔ Without an uncut unboxing video, no return or refund claims will be accepted.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Cancellation Before Dispatch
✔ Orders can be canceled before dispatch—refunds will be issued as store credits of equal value.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch
🚫 Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
C. Cancellation by PerfumeX
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, payment issues, or fraud detection).
3. RECEIVING A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
✔ If you receive a wrong or damaged product, report it immediately via WhatsApp (+91 95588 33626).
✔ UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY for verification.
4. RETURN PROCESS
If your return is approved, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Pack the item in its original sealed packaging.
2️⃣ Include the original invoice or a note with your order number.
3️⃣ Seal the package properly to prevent further damage.
4️⃣ Ship it to the return address provided by PerfumeX.
📌 Important Notes:
✔ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we do not offer reverse pickups).
✔ Returns must be sent via a trusted courier with tracking.
✔ PerfumeX is not responsible if the return package is lost in transit.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:
✔ Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI) → Refund to original payment method within 7 days.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Refund via bank transfer or store credits.
💡 Refund Timelines:
✔ Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS) → 4 working days
✔ Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking → 7 working days
6. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
🚫 Do not accept delivery if the package is open or tampered with.
📦 If the package is damaged, report it immediately via WhatsApp (+91 95588 33626).
🚚 Reverse pickups are NOT available—customers must arrange the return shipping.
📌 Returns without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
