RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PerfumeX, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We only offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

Wrong product sent (different from what was ordered).

Less quantity sent than what was ordered.

In-transit damaged products (must be reported with an uncut unboxing video).

❌ We do not accept returns in these cases:

If the product seal is opened (all products are sealed retail packs and not meant for testing).

If the product has been tested, used, or sprayed.

If you don’t like the smell of the perfume after using it.

If you claim the product is fake or a dupe (we source all products from authentic distributors).

If you have longevity or performance issues with the fragrance (various factors affect lasting and scent).

📌 Important:

Uncut unboxing video is a must for any return or refund request.

Without an uncut unboxing video, we will not entertain any return/refund claims.

2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances:

1. Deodorants and DeoSticks (Roll-Ons)

2. Aftershave products (no return in any case).

3. Products with scratches or marks.

4. Incidental damage due to product malfunction.

5. Opened, tested, or used products.

6. Products missing original packaging, box, or accessories.

7. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.

8. Damaged products due to misuse.

9. Returns due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the smell, longevity issues, etc.).

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will issue a refund in store credits of the same value.

You must contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9558833626) or email (perfumexindia@gmail.com) for cancellation.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation by PerfumeX

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. RECEIVING A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 9558833626).

Uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.

5. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is approved, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Place the item in its original packaging.

2️⃣ Include the original invoice or a note with your order number.

3️⃣ Seal the package properly to avoid further damage.

4️⃣ Ship the package to the return address provided by us.

❗ Note:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we do not offer reverse pickups).

Returns must be sent via a reputed courier service with tracking.

PerfumeX is not responsible if the return package is lost in transit.

6. REFUND PROCESS

✅ Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

If paid via Credit Card / Net Banking → Refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund via bank transfer or store credits.

💡 Refund Timelines:

NEFT/Bank Transfers – 4 working days

Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking – 7 working days

Cheques (if applicable) – Up to 2 working days for mailing, plus delivery time

7. IMPORTANT NOTES

🚫 Do not accept delivery if the package seal is open or tampered with.

📦 If you receive a damaged package, report it immediately on WhatsApp (+91 9558833626).

🚚 We do not offer reverse pickups – return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

📌 We will not accept any returns without prior approval.
