The perfumer imagined being for the first time in an exotic, yet undefined, city at sunset. There was a sense of adventure in the air. She was in a place she could not fully recognize, somewhere in the Middle East, with mountains in the background, and the city itself built in a traditional low-rise manner. The sun was dividing the space into shadows and bright figures.
Agarwood is a sacred ingredient of her own Asian cultural heritage, with many Thai poems referring to it â however, she chose to associate the raw material with this Middle East dream of hers. She was determined to use only real, supreme-quality Laotian Oud, so that her fragrance would reflect the true glory of this precious natural ingredient. Splendid florals (May Rose, Tunisian Orange Blossom), and a rich, sweetly animalic base of Musk, Civet, Vanilla, Benzoin and Sandalwood accompany the star ingredient, highlighting its unique, potent aromatic facets.
